At the conference the organization accused the south Korean and U.S military authorities of adopting a "strategic alliance 2015", "strategic guidelines for the development of new operational plan" and "guidelines for defense cooperation" at the annual security consultative meeting held in Washington on Oct. 8.

The organization disclosed the fact that through this the U.S. and the south Korean authorities seek to expand and intensify the joint military exercises targeted against the DPRK, round off a detailed scenario for military operations against it in peacetime and strengthen the posture to mount a preemptive nuclear attack and realize a triangular military alliance involving the U.S., south Korea and Japan, etc.

The recent agreement is little short of boosting the alliance for aggression as it was a revision of the south Korea-U.S. "mutual defense treaty" whose coverage was limited to the Korean Peninsula, it held.

Bitterly blasting the bellicose forces' attempt to perpetuate the alliance for aggression, the organization strongly demanded the U.S. and the south Korean authorities opt for disorganizing the alliance.
