Rev. Han Asserts Justice of His Activities for Reunification

Pyongyang, October 16 (KCNA) -- Rev. Han Sang Ryol, pro-reunification champion of south Korea, asserted at the second trial held at the puppet Seoul Central District Court on Oct. 11 that he visited the north for the sole purpose of preserving and implementing the June 15 joint declaration.

He recalled that while staying in the north, he was accorded cordial hospitality as an envoy for the national reconciliation and the peaceful reunification of the country, his visit to different places gave him an opportunity to know well about the reality and he could feel the strong desire of the compatriots in the north for reunification.

I make it clear that what I did was guided by religious faith, he emphasized.
