The bulletin in an article recalled that Kim Jong Il was reelected as general secretary of the WPK according to the unanimous wish of all the Korean people, noting that it is a manifestation of the absolute support of all the WPK members, servicepersons of the Korean People's Army and the people for him.

Kim Jong Il is enjoying high respect and confidence from the party, the army and the people as he has completely embodied the idea of President Kim Il Sung and led the Korean revolution only to victory, it noted.

Referring to the formation of the Down-with-Imperialism Union, the historical roots of the WPK, the article noted that the idea, line, strategy and tactics of the WPK serve as guidelines which brightly indicate the way for realizing the cause of independence against imperialism in the world.

The Ecuadorian Guaranda Association for Friendship, Culture and Solidarity with the Korean People released the 10th issue of its bulletin on the occasions of the 65th birthday of the WPK and the 30th anniversary of the proposal for founding the Democratic Federal Republic of Koryo.
