Attending the ceremony were members of the organizing committee for the association. And present on invitation were the ambassador and staff members of the DPRK embassy in Conakry.

At the ceremony Aly Gilbert Iffono, minister of Decentralization and Local Development of Guinea, was elected honorary chairman of the association and Riyad Chaloub, secretary-general of the Ministry of Information and Culture, its chairman.

Speeches were made there.

The ceremony also decided on the orientation of the association's activity and its action program.
