Present there on invitation were members of a delegation of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and a delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross working in the DPRK, diplomatic envoys and staff members of embassies of different countries and members of international organizations here.

Present there were Ri Pong Hun, minister of Public Health, officials of the Central Committee of the DPRK Red Cross Society and other officials concerned.

The general secretary of the C. C., the DPRK Red Cross Society made a speech which was followed by congratulatory speeches by the head of the ICRC delegation and the head of the IFRCS delegation. There was a briefing about the activities of the DPRK Red Cross Society.
