Present there from the DPRK side were members of the delegation of the Ministry of People's Security headed by its Vice-minister Ho Yong Ho and from the Vietnamese side members of the delegation of the Ministry of Public Security led by its Deputy Minister Bui Van Nam and Charge d' Affaires ad Interim of Viet Nam here Nguyen Dinh Duong.

The two sides swapped views on the issue of boosting exchange and cooperation and other issues of common concern.
