Present there from the WPK side were Kim Yong Il, alternate member of the Political Bureau and secretary of the C.C., the WPK, Vice Department Director Ri Yong Chol and other officials of the C.C., the WPK and from the Angolan side members of the delegation of the Popular Liberation Movement of Angola led by Jorge Inocencio Dombolo, member of the Political Bureau and coordinator of the Discipline and Audit Commission of the Central Committee of the movement.

At the talks, both sides informed each other of their party activities and exchanged views on the issue of developing the relations between the party and the movement and other issues of common concern.
