The chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Germany at the round-table talks praised the leadership role of the WPK in the revolution and construction. He reiterated the will to invariably support the cause of the WPK working hard to attain the grandiose goal to build an economic power while protecting the sovereignty of the country and dignity of its people under the banner of Songun at a time when the imperialists' high-handed practices are becoming ever-more undisguised.

The secretary general of the International Taekwon-Do Association in Iran said in a lecture that the reelection of Kim Jong Il as general secretary of the WPK was an expression of the absolute support and trust of the members of the WPK and the Korean people in him.

The chairman of the Tanzanian National Coordinating Committee of the Juche Idea Study Groups said in a lecture that the WPK has led the Korean people along the road of victory and glory as an invincible party shining with the august name of President Kim Il Sung and wisely led by Kim Jong Il, performing great exploits for the country and history. He expressed belief that the Korean people would achieve bigger successes in the building of a thriving nation under the leadership of the WPK.

Messages of greetings to Kim Jong Il were adopted at the events in Germany and Tanzania.
