The bulletin in an article titled "Meaning of 'Higher'" referred to the great successes made by the DPRK in recent years such as the successful launch of the satellite "Kwangmyongsong-2", the successful second nuclear test, the success made in putting the machine-building industry on a CNC basis and the completion of the Juche iron production system. The DPRK can rightly say that these have reached the world's latest level, the article noted, adding:

When the DPRK calls for "higher", it means pushing back such frontiers of the latest science and scaling an eminence higher than the one already attained.

The bulletin in an article captioned " Faster Speed" pointed to the on-the-spot guidance given by General Secretary Kim Jong Il to the construction site of the Huichon Power Station in September last year.

Kim Jong Il named the speed created by the builders of the power station Huichon Speed, it said, adding that the Huichon Speed has brought about a fresh leap forward across the country.

The bulletin in another article entitled "Source of Leap" noted that the news of the revolutionary activities of Kim Jong Il is drawing big attention worldwide because his on-the-spot guidance is the main source bringing about eye-opening events in the DPRK.
