The delegation visited different places of Harbin City in Heilongjiang Province and Changchun and Jilin cities in Jilin Province from October 20 to 22.

The delegation visited the Harbin Huijiang Foodstuff Company, the Harbin Electrical Group, the Changchun Rolling Stock Company, the Changchun Agricultural Expo, Jilin Yuwen Middle School, the Jilin Chemical Fiber Group and other places.

During its stay in China the delegation was received by Ji Bingxuan, secretary of the Heilongjiang Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, Sun Zhengcai, secretary of the Jilin Provincial Committee of the CPC, and invited to receptions given by the Heilongjiang and Jilin provincial committees of the CPC and the Changchun and Jilin city committees of the CPC.
