Film Show Held to Mark of CPV's Entry into Korean Front

Pyongyang, October 25 (KCNA) -- Korean feature film "Brothers' Feelings" was shown at the People's Palace of Culture on Monday on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the entry of the Chinese People's Volunteers into the Korean front. Present at the film show on invitation were members of the Chinese high-ranking military delegation, the delegation of veteran fighters of the Chinese People's Volunteers and the Art Troupe of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, the delegation of the Dandong City, Liaoning Province, Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Chinese ambassador to the DPRK and his embassy officials and Chinese guests staying in the DRPK. Senior party and state officials, servicepersons of the Korean People's Army and the Korean People's Internal Security Forces, creators, artistes and journalists in the fields of culture and arts and media and working people in the city watched the film together with the Chinese guests. Chairman of the State Film Commission Hong Kwang Sun made an address before watching the film. He said that the heroic feats performed by the brave fighters of the CPV are shining as a living example of noble internationalism and fraternal friendship and always remembered by the army and the people of the DPRK. He stressed that the army and the people of the DPRK would make every effort to keep the traditional DPRK-China friendship in fuller bloom. Then, the participants watched the film. |
