A ceremony for the completion of the restaurant took place on Friday.

Present at the ceremony were Jon Ha Chol, vice-premier of the Cabinet, Ryang Man Gil, chairman of the Pyongyang City People's Committee, officials concerned, soldier-builders, officials and employees of the restaurant.

Ko Pyong Sop, general director of the General Bureau for Service for People, made a speech on the occasion.
