The gift was handed over by Alvaro Lopez Miera, vice-minister of Revolutionary Armed Forces of Cuba who is chief of the General Staff of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Cuba, on Wednesday to Vice Marshal of the Korean People's Army Ri Yong Ho, vice-chairman of the Central Military Commission of the Workers' Party of Korea and chief of the General Staff of the KPA who is heading the military delegation of the DPRK now on a visit to Cuba.
