Put on the stage were poem reciting "Youth League of the Three Commanders of Mt. Paektu", mixed chorus "Glory to Our Great Party," mixed duet "Let's Youth Go ahead Guided by the Party", dramatic witty talk "It Is Endless," female duet and pangchang "Charm and Reverence," chorus and story telling "The Way We Want to Follow," dance "We Like Our Style" and small chorus "The DPRK Does If It Is Determined" and other colorful numbers of diverse genres.

The performers proudly sang of the shining history of the Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League in which it has dynamically advanced along the road of victory and glory under the leadership of the party and the leader and feats performed by the young people while playing the role of a shock brigade in the defence of the country and in all the fields of the socialist construction. They truthfully represented the firm faith and will of the five million members of the young vanguard to accomplish generation after generation the revolutionary cause of Juche that started in the forest of Mt. Paektu and become human bullets and bombs devotedly protecting Kim Jong Il.

He waved back to the enthusiastically cheering performers and audience and congratulated the performers on their successful presentation.

He expressed great satisfaction over the fact that the members of the art squad staged a splendid performance rich in its ideological contents and high in artistry by creating numbers which are suited to the characteristic features of the young people and of great cognitional and instructive value. He highly appreciated their success in the performance and extended thanks to them.

The revolutionary cause of Juche pioneered by the forerunners is given steady continuity as the young people, the most vital militant force, are creditably playing a main role in the defence of the country and the socialist construction, he said, adding that it is the great pride of the WPK to have such reliable large contingent of young people who like to make the revolution and struggle.

Noting that the art squad is playing a role on the ideological front for fully preparing the young people, the younger generation, as successors to the revolution intensely loyal to the party and the revolution, he advanced the important tasks to be carried out to create art and conduct performing activities.
