The above-said moves are deliberate provocative acts of the ultra-right conservative group to chill the atmosphere of the process for improving the north-south relations unanimously desired by all the Koreans and push the situation to the extreme phase of military confrontation.

The ultra-right conservative group of south Korea, afraid of the moves to improve the inter-Korean relations, is making desperate efforts to stir up the atmosphere of confrontation and escalate the tension behind the scene of dialogue.

The south Korean authorities' above-mentioned moves cannot be construed otherwise than deliberate and premeditated moves to threaten the DPRK by force and, furthermore, scuttle the north-south dialogue and cooperation in collusion with outsiders. The more desperately the south Korean ruling forces push the situation to the extreme phase of confrontation, talking about fictitious "threat" from someone, the more glaringly they will reveal their despicable true colors as disturbers of dialogue and peace.

The south Korean authorities would be well advised to stop running amuck, pondering over what serious consequences their reckless escalation of confrontation quite contrary to the trend of the process to improve the inter-Korean relations will entail.
