The torch lighted from the martial art flame holder in Chongchun Street will light the flame holder of an opening ceremony of the 4th International Martial Art Games to be held in Tallinn, Estonia in February, 2011.

Present at the ceremony were Ri Jong Gun, general coordinator of the 4th International Martial Arts Games, Hwang Pong Yong, president of the Korean Martial Arts Federation, officials concerned and martial art players.

Among the participants were Ali Montazeri, president of the World Union of TOA Associations, Moosa Bakhshaei, secretary general of the International Federation of Pankration Athlima, Li Zong Lin, general coordinator of sponsorship of the International Martial Games Commission.

Speeches were made there.

Then Ri Jong Gun handed the torch to torch carriers.

They ran along Chongchun Street.
