The statement branded the case of the "Cheonan" warship sinking as a conspiratorial farce and charade orchestrated by the U.S. and the south Korean puppet forces in a bid to bring the situation on the Korean Peninsula to the worst phase.

The statement urged the U.S. and the south Korean puppet authorities to stop at once the racket of confrontation with the DPRK and sincerely respond to the proposal of the DPRK.

We fully support the first installment of the statement released by the inspection group of the NDC of the DPRK disclosing the truth about the "Cheonan" case and extend solidarity to the Korean people in their just struggle, concluded the statement.
