Looking back with great pride and self-confidence on the path covered by Pomminryon over the past two decades on which it has taken the lead in putting spurs to the movement for independent reunification, the resolution expressed the unshakable will to continue advancing the June 15 era of independent reunification with fresh faith and determination as follows:

We will firmly preserve and thoroughly implement the historic inter-Korean joint declarations.

We will add more shine to the precious achievements made in the June 15 era and make positive efforts to put into practice all the provisions of the inter-Korean joint declarations and agreements on their implementation.

We will stir up the atmosphere of dialogue, reconciliation and cooperation for improving the inter-Korean relations.

Pomminryon will take the lead in the drive to promote and reenergize visits, contacts, multi-faceted dialogue and cooperation between the north and the south to implement the inter-Korean joint declarations.

For the present, we will make efforts in every aspect to make sure that the humanitarian cooperation undertakings and inter-Korean dialogue for the resumption of tour of Mt. Kumgang and Kaesong open a new phase in improving the inter-Korean relations.

We will make positive efforts to achieve widespread solidarity with all pro-reunification and patriotic forces at home and abroad and great unity of the nation.

We will stand against the anti-reunification forces' confrontation between systems and war moves and firmly defend the peace of the country.

Pomminryon will wage a resolute struggle against all traitorous, anti-reunification and anti-peace acts such as sparking off the confrontation between the systems in the north and the south and bringing a war despite the strong protest of all the fellow countrymen.

We will make positive efforts to drive the U.S. troops out of this land as they are persistently standing in the way of independent reunification of the Korean nation and inciting confrontation and war between the north and the south and build a lasting and solid peace-keeping mechanism.
