When he appeared to have a photo session all the participants enthusiastically welcomed him.

He warmly congratulated them who have reliably protected the gains of the Korean revolution won at the cost of blood and the people's lives and property, standing at the forefront of class struggle with intense loyalty to the Party and the leader and the spirit of devoted service for the people and had a photo session with them.

Saying that the socialist country of Juche is impregnable as the heroic KPA which has grown to be a-match-for-a hundred army are firmly standing guard at the defence line of the country and the Internal Security Forces intensely loyal to the Party, the leader, the country and the people are reliably defending the security of the country and the people, he highly praised the servicepersons of the Internal Security Forces for having creditably discharged their honorable mission as the first-line unit devotedly defending the leader and the Internal Security Forces of the Party over the past 60 odd years.

He expressed great expectation and belief that the servicepersons of the Internal Security Forces would as ever fulfill their duty as executor and defender of the law, bearing deep in their mind the heavy and responsible duty of political defender of the WPK and thus devotedly protect the Korean-style socialist system centered on the popular masses.

Accompanying him were Ri Yong Ho, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee and vice-chairman of the Central Military Commission of the WPK and chief of the General Staff of the KPA, Kim Jong Un, vice-chairman of the Central Military Commission of the WPK, Kim Ki Nam and Choe Thae Bok, members of the Political Bureau and secretaries of the WPK Central Committee, Yang Hyong Sop, member of the Political Bureau of the C.C., the WPK and vice-president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly, Ju Sang Song, member of the Political Bureau of the C.C., the WPK and minister of People's Security, Jang Song Thaek, alternate member of the Political Bureau of the C.C., the WPK and vice-chairman of the NDC, and Ri Pyong Sam, director of the Political Bureau of the KPISF.
