Ramon Jimenez Lopez, president of the Mexican National Coordinating Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, gave a lecture titled "The Juche idea and economic development in the DPRK."

He explained the essence and great vitality of the Juche idea in the context of the reality of the DPRK.

The key to all signal successes achieved in the economic development in the DPRK in recent years lies in the Juche idea which President Kim Il Sung founded and General Secretary Kim Jong Il has comprehensively developed in depth, he stressed.

He expressed belief that the Korean people would surely open the gate to a great prosperous and powerful socialist nation under the uplifted banner of the Juche idea, the great guiding idea in the era of independence true to Kim Jong Il's plan for building an economic power.
