Among them are such songs reflecting all the people's praise of the WPK as "Glory to Our Great Party," "Party Is the Leader's Embrace," "I Song of the Party" and "The Youth, Advance Following the Party."

The song "Glory to Our Great Party" highlighted in October performances celebrating the WPK anniversary mirrors the feelings of the Korean people and army absolutely trusting in the WPK and deeply revering it.

"Party Is the Leader's Embrace" was created in March when the Korean people were bringing about a fresh upsurge in the building of a thriving nation, in response to the joint calls issued by the Central Committee and the Central Military Commission of the WPK.

Such songs as "Fascination and Reverence" and "I Song of the Party" came into being in June when the 46th anniversary of General Secretary Kim Jong Il's start of work at the WPK Central Committee was observed and "The Youth, Advance Following the Party" in September when a historic conference of the WPK took place.

The new songs inspire the people with the belief that the country will become more prosperous and the people will enjoy a happy life under the leadership of the WPK.
