The court took this action on the charge that she participated in the candlelight rally in protest against the import of U.S. beef infected with mad cow disease by the "government" in 2008.

Holding that the court's decision against her was politically motivated, she declared the authorities' suppression of her under the pretext of her past career was aimed to put down the just activities of civic and public organizations.

She clarified that she would appeal to the Supreme Court in protest against the court's unreasonable ruling.
