In the ice hockey event drawing five men's and five women's teams, the Taesongsan team won the men's title and the Jangjasan team the women's title.

The Paekmasan team finished first in men's 1,500m and 3,000m short track speed skating and in men's team standings and the Jangsan team in women's 500m, 1,500m and 3,000m relay and in women's team standings.

The Pyongyang Railway Bureau team took the first place in three ice figure categories.
