Rodong Sinmun Tuesday says in a signed commentary in this regard:

Hyon's reckless remarks disclose his sinister intention to pass the buck for the Yonphyong Island shelling incident on to the DPRK at any cost and escalate the moves for confrontation and war in an effort to put the puppet forces' old scenario for "unifying the systems" into practice without fail.

The puppet warmongers fabricated the shelling incident on Yonphyong Island in a premeditated manner under the patronage and wirepulling of the U.S. in a bid to throw a wet blanket on the atmosphere of improving the inter-Korean relations and secure a legal pretext for igniting a war against the DPRK. This being a hard reality, Hyon dared lay the blame for this at its door, vociferating about "the last option" and the like. This is the height of shamelessness.

What Hyon uttered about the "future" on the peninsula, talking about "human rights" and "market economy" is, in essence, a declaration of the treacherous "unification of the systems", the commentary notes, and goes on:

It is widely known that the south Korean conservative group has made desperate efforts to realize "unification under liberal democracy" after defining it as the main goal of its "policy toward the north." Hyon has taken the lead in this campaign.

The south Korean ruling forces are making uproar over the "provocation" from the north. The above-said reckless remarks made by them go to prove that the Lee Myung Bak group is trouble makers and dangerous provocateurs escalating the distrust and confrontation between the north and the south and the tension on the peninsula.
