Kim Man Sik, secretary of the North Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, was awarded Order of Kim Il Sung and six others the title of Labor Hero of the DPRK together with gold medal (hammer and sickle) and Order of National Flag First Class.

Watches bearing the august name of President Kim Il Sung and citations of leader Kim Jong Il went to officials and working people.

Kim Il Sung Youth Honor Prize was conferred on seven persons, the title of Builder of Merit on three persons, the title of Designer of Merit on three persons and the title of Driver of Merit on three persons. Orders and medals including Order of National Flag First Class and Order of Labor went to many officials and working people.
