They denounced the U.S., Japan and south Korea's tightened alliance for a war.

They included the People for Achieving Peace and Reunification, the Solidarity for Implementing the South-North Joint Declaration and the South Headquarters of the Pan-national Alliance for Korea's Reunification.

The U.S. and the Lee Myung Bak regime have stepped up the moves for a war, staging war exercises against the DPRK and inviting even troops of the Japan Self-defence Forces to take part, they charged.

The organizations chided the Lee Myung Bak regime for using the Yonphyong Island shelling as a pretext for justifying the tightened alliance.

They lashed out at the U.S. for pressurizing south Korea to conclude FTA. They also denounced Japan for working hard to hurl SDF into the Korean Peninsula under the pretext of alliance.

Broad people will turn out in the actions for peace and reunification of the peninsula, they declared.
