The work was brought out in booklet by publishing houses of various countries. They include the Khabarovsk Territory Publishing House of Russia, the Canta Clara Publishing House of Venezuela, the Publishing House of the Workers' Party of Mexico and the Futra Publishing House of the Czech Republic.

The British Association for the Study of Songun Policy, the U.S. Group for the Study of Songun Politics and the Asian Regional Institute of the Juche Idea carried the work in their bulletins or posted it on their Internet homepages.

Various countries and regions of the world including Russia, Mongolia, Egypt, Zimbabwe and Bulgaria conducted in various forms and by diverse methods the activities to study and learn from Kim Jong Il's noble moral obligation dealt with by his work.
