Foreigners Mark DPRK Anniversaries

Pyongyang, December 22 (KCNA) -- Foreigners here visited several places Wednesday on the occasions of the 19th anniversary of General Secretary Kim Jong Il as supreme commander of the Korean People's Army and the 93rd birth anniversary of anti-Japanese war hero Kim Jong Suk. The military attaches corps visited the Revolutionary Museum of the Ministry of the People's Armed Forces while the economic and commercial councilors corps the Phyongchon Revolutionary Site. They looked round the historic relics and mementoes, being briefed that the three commanders of Mt. Paektu performed immortal feats in the army building. The officials in charge of cultural and friendly relations of foreign embassies here visited the E-library of Kim Il Sung University on the same day. |
