It was headed by Ri Yong Chol, first secretary of the Central Committee of the Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League.

The delegation attended the closing ceremony of the festival on Dec. 21.

Prior to the ceremony, there was a peace march of the delegations of youth and students in the festival.

A final declaration of the festival was read out.

It called upon all the youth and students in the world to intensify the struggle against imperialism and positively conduct an international solidarity movement in support of the just struggle of the youth and other people in the DPRK to build a great prosperous and powerful socialist nation and achieve the reunification of the country.

Speeches were followed by a joint art performance given by delegations of youth and students of the DPRK and other countries.
