The bulletin carried articles under "The Supreme Commander and Soldiers", "Kim Jong Suk and Her Feats Performed in the History of Building the Army of the DPRK” and other titles.

In the articles the bulletin gave a detailed account of the facts that under the Songun leadership of Kim Jong Il the politico-ideological and military positions of the DPRK have been reinforced in every way and a landmark phase has been brought about in building a great and prosperous powerful nation.

The bulletin related stories about the warm loving care shown by Kim Jong Il for soldiers while making ceaseless inspections of KPA units.

Recalling that Kim Jong Suk made a great contribution to building regular armed forces true to President Kim Il Sung's line of building the army, it noted, adding her feats will remain long with prosperous socialist Korea and the invincible KPA.
