This indicates that Japan's anti-DPRK campaign is now getting intensified in the air and seas.

It is a cunning intention of Japan to fish in troubled waters, taking advantage of the escalating tension on the Korean Peninsula.

While watching for an opportunity for reinvasion, the Japanese reactionaries are putting spurs to the moves to convert Japan into a military giant by taking advantage of the tension on the peninsula. It was in pursuance of the above-said aim that Japan let the SDF take part in the joint military exercises led by the U.S. and south Korea this year and invited south Korean puppet forces to "observe" the joint military exercises conducted by Japan together with the U.S.

Japan has recently made public new "defense program guidelines," a comprehensively improved version of its defense policy, which defined the DPRK's "nuclear and missile development" as "a military threat."

This indicates that Japan is in great haste to realize its wild ambition to turn itself into a military power and round off its preparations for reinvasion, availing itself of the U.S. policy of aggression against the DPRK.
