Kim Jong Suk is a great paragon of women revolutionaries and a model to be followed by all the women in the world struggling for independence, justice and equality, the statement stressed.

She was boundlessly faithful to President Kim Il Sung, the sun of the Korean nation who led the anti-Japanese armed struggle, it said, adding:

She is the great mother who brought up Kim Jong Il in his childhood to be a revolutionary and future general and leader of Korea.

After the liberation of Korea she worked hard day and night to build new democratic Korea.

She encouraged the women in the drive for building new democratic Korea.
