They helped the agricultural workers on farms in Mangyongdae and Rakrang districts of Pyongyang.

Among them were officials from the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly, the Ministry of Light Industry, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and the Ministry of Agriculture. They were busy carpeting fields with manure.

Those of the Central Committee of the Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League, the Mansudae Art Studio, the Guidance Bureau for Sericulture and Silk Industry and other guidance bureaus, too, visited farm fields busy with farming preparations, carrying much manure on trucks.
