He highly appreciated their feats. He once again appreciated the shining exploits performed by the party members and other working people of the factory, noting that they are the pacesetters who proved the advantages of the drive for placing processes on the Korean-style CNC basis by improving the production system as required by this drive in hearty response to the Party's slogan "Push back the frontiers of latest science and technology!" Noting that the quality of products at the factory is very high, he called for learning from the creative spirit of the officials, workers and technicians of the factory who placed the production processes on a scientific, precision and high speed basis by concentrating efforts on the technological transformation and are making a steady advance towards the eminence of ultra-modern technology and science.
