US, S. Korea Urged to Drop Hostile Policy toward DPRK

| Pyongyang, January 18 (KCNA) -- An organization of Finland demanded that the U.S. and the south Korean authorities drop at once their hostile policy toward the DPRK. The Finnish National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea made this demand in its statement on Jan. 11 supporting the joint statement of the DPRK government, political parties and organizations. The joint statement of the DPRK clearly showed the ardent love for the nation and the will for reunification of General Secretary Kim Jong Il carrying into brilliant reality President Kim Il Sung's behests for national reunification, the statement said. It is needed to solve through contacts and consultation all the problems existing between the north and the south in order to defuse the present tension of the Korean Peninsula and achieve its independent and peaceful reunification, it stressed. |
