The joint statement reflects the will of the Korean people to mend the north-south relations at an early date, promote the national reconciliation and unity and achieve the peace and reunification of the Korean Peninsula, said the statement.

The organization noted it would more dynamically wage the international solidarity movement for the conclusion of the DPRK-U.S. peace agreement.
