Carried in the first part of the album are a photograph of General Secretary Kim Jong Il visiting the mountain on July 1, 2008 and his proposition "Mt. Oga Nature Preservation Area is very wonderful."

Printed there are photographs "Respected Supreme Commander Comrade Kim Jong Il watching a pine-nut tree at the resting place on Mt. Oga ridge" and "Respected Supreme Commander Comrade Kim Jong Il watching main tree on Mt. Oga."

The album contains at least 400 photos showing fantastic sceneries in the area in four seasons.

There are also photos showing the secret camp in Mopho Valley of the mountain and trees bearing slogans dating back to the period of the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle and a panoramic view of the area.

Many photos on the album show hundreds of, more than a thousand years old rare natural plants, needle-leaf trees and broadleaf trees.
