Kim Jong Il's Birthday to Be Celebrated in Sweden

| Pyongyang, January 21 (KCNA) -- A Swedish preparatory committee was formed in Stockholm on Jan. 14 to celebrate the birthday of General Secretary Kim Jong Il. Christer Lundgren, chairman of the Sweden-Korea Friendship Association, was elected chairman of the committee at its inaugural ceremony. The committee set the days from Jan. 14 to Feb. 16 as celebration period and decided to organize colorful events and issue a special bulletin in the period. |
