DPRK's Joint Statement Supported by British Organizations

| Pyongyang, January 22 (KCNA) -- The British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and the British Association for the Study of Songun Policy in a joint statement on Jan. 15 supported the joint statement of the DPRK government, political parties and organizations. The statement hailed the joint statement of the DPRK as a just, realistic and landmark proposal for the peace and reunification of the country. The DPRK made such decision for the purpose of peace on the Korean Peninsula despite the south Korean authorities' ceaseless provocation, threat and mud-slinging last year, the statement noted, adding that this is a manifestation of its peace-loving policy. The proposal fully reflects the will and desire of the Korean people to achieve the country's reunification, it stressed. It condemned the south Korean authorities for failing to positively respond to the sincere proposal of the DPRK. |
