Recalling that the north suggested the south side to have talks for ensuring peace on the peninsula, the commentary urged the south and the north to open talks to discuss the issue of preventing military clashes and further the phase of dialogue in the future.

Saying that it is the job for the good of all the members of the nation to make sure that a discussion is continued to settle issues including that of improving the inter-Korean relations, the commentary expressed hope that the talks would help towards achieving peace on the peninsula.
