New Year Reception Given for Chinese Officials

| Pyongyang, January 30 (KCNA) -- A New Year reception was given at the DPRK embassy in Beijing on Jan. 28 in honor of officials of the International Liaison Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. Present there on invitation were Head Wang Jiarui, Deputy Head Liu Jieyi and other officials of the International Liaison Department. Ambassador Ji Jae Ryong and staff members of the DPRK embassy were present there. A similar reception was given at the DPRK embassy on Jan. 18 in honor of officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China. The DPRK Consulate General in Shenyang hosted a reception for officials in charge of foreign affairs of the Liaoning Provincial People's Government on Jan. 21. |
