The committee elected Jaroslavc Kafka, chairman of the Czech Group for the Study and Materialization of the Juche Idea and chairman of the Paektusan Czech-Korean Friendship Association, to be its chairman.

It decided to widely introduce Kim Jong Il's immortal exploits, hold diverse political and cultural events and publish a special issue of bulletin on the occasion.
