The January 25th issue of Guinean paper Horoya devoted one whole page to a special write-up carrying a photograph of Kim Jong Il watching vinalon cotton during his visit to the February 8 Vinalon Complex.

The paper in an article titled "Kim Jong Il, great leader of the Korean people" said that he has regarded even his birthday as an ordinary work day and devoted his all to the people.

He has conducted the forced march giving tireless on-the-spot guidance to build a thriving socialist nation where people live with nothing more to desire as early as possible, the article added.

The Myanmar paper The Voice on January 24 carried a photograph of Kim Jong Il with an article titled "Kim Jong Il, man revered by people".

The Pakistani paper Baluchistan Times on January 23 carried an article titled "Kim Jong Il, statesman of trust".
