He hoped that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would develop in various fields.

Kim Yong Il said in his speech that the Korean people extend the highest glory and warm greetings to Kim Jong Il on the occasion of his birthday.

He reiterated the willingness to boost the bilateral friendly relations, which were provided and developed by Kim Il Sung, together with the Mongolian leaders of the preceding generation.
