The song came out in 2010 to mark a historic conference of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) and its 65th anniversary.

In the first stanza the song reflects the happiness of the Korean people living under the care of the WPK, which has built a socialist society centred on the popular mass.

In the second the song praises the WPK for guiding the people to display the dignity of the nation and bring prosperity to the country.

In the third it represents the WPK carrying forward the revolutionary cause started by President Kim Il Sung and leading the nation along the road of victory. It also mirrors the strong will of the Korean people to always remain faithful to the WPK's leadership.

In the refrain, the song shows the Korean people extending the highest glory, deep thanks and heartfelt congratulations to the great party.
