Present there were personages and members of the Youth Group for the Study of the Juche Idea in Democratic Congo and the French Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and Songun Idea.

Nzemba Yangana, chairman of the Democratic Congolese Group, and other speakers praised Kim Jong Il as a genuine leader of the people who devotes his all to the completion of the revolutionary cause of Juche and happiness of the Korean people.

Jean Marie Lambret, chief of the French Group, noted that Kim Jong Il's motto is to believe in people as in Heaven. The DPRK would surely stand high in the world as a thriving nation as he pursues the great Songun politics as the leader of the people, he added.

A message of greetings to Kim Jong Il was adopted at the seminar in France.
