S. Korean Organization Holds Authorities Responsible for Collapse of Dialogue

Pyongyang, February 13 (KCNA) -- The south Korean Headquarters of the Movement for the Withdrawal of the U.S. Forces in a commentary on Feb. 10 said that the present regime was entirely to blame for the collapse of the preliminary talks for the opening of the north-south high-level military talks.

It charged that the authorities orchestrated such hideous conspiratorial charade as the "Cheonan" warship sinking incident but they are urging their dialogue partner to make what they called "apology" at the talks for improving the south-north relations. This is preposterous, indeed, it noted, and went on:

What they said over the issue of the level of military talks is nothing but rhetoric intended to invent a pretext for scuttling the talks, in the final analysis.

The people are well aware that the responsibility for all the consequences entailed by the suspension of the south-north dialogue rests with the present regime.
