The book contains 52 works including speeches, conclusions and talks made by President Kim Il Sung from January to December, Juche 81 (1992).

"For Carrying Forward and Accomplishing the Socialist Cause" and other works comprehensively dealt with the noble will of the President to call upon the entire party and all the people to remain true to the leadership of Kim Jong Il.

"Let Us Achieve the Country's Reunification Independently through the United Efforts of the Whole Nation" and other works clarified the WPK's fair and aboveboard and realistic proposals for reunification and practical ways for bringing about a turn in the movement for national reunification.

The book contains works which clarified issues of consolidating the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan and extensively conducting the patriotic work among Koreans in Japan and those dealing with the strategic and tactical policies for boosting the international solidarity for the Korean revolution and accomplishing the cause of independence against imperialism.

It also contains works comprehensively dealing with ideas and theories making perfect clarifications of the issues arising in various fields including tasks for preserving national cultural heritages with care and further developing Taekwon-Do.
