It is thanks to your dedicated leadership that the world-startling successes were made one after another and there took place remarkable events in which the centuries-old ideals of the people are being translated into reality in all parts of the country.

Under the banner of the Three Charters for National Reunification, you illuminated the way of independent reunification, peace and prosperity and are opening an epochal phase of the reunification, dealing a resolute and merciless sledge-hammer blows at the frantic anti-DPRK, anti-reunification moves of the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean group of conservatives.
