The film deals with the feats General Secretary Kim Jong Il performed by developing the revolutionary armed forces with his loving care and trust, firmly determined to accomplish with comradeship the revolutionary cause of Juche started with comradeship.

It also tells that he gave an eternal life to the anti-Japanese revolutionary fighters and the soldiers who remained faithful to the Songun leadership of the Workers' Party of Korea in every chronicle of the revolution, always showing loving care for them.

The film shows that he took deep care of the service personnel's life with fatherly loving care and visited soldiers crossing steep mountain ranges and braving the rough sea. It also deals with other historic stories about his noble comradeship.
